The firm has served Sampson and Duplin Counties for over fifty years. The firm is listed on the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and is also ranked “AV” by Mardindale-Hubbell, which denotes the highest level of legal competence as well as ethics. Attorney Benjamin R. Warrick, retired, was inducted into the North Carolina General Practice Hall of Fame in 2011. Attorney Frank L. Bradshaw was inducted in the 2019 class of Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite in the area of family law.
